As the owner of multiple Certified Women-Owned Businesses, Sarah Beth Aubrey is the CEO and Founder of The Envoy Group, one of the few women-founded and financed sustainability consultancies in the world. A Certified Professional Coach, Sarah Beth and her team of consultants support top-tier executives and entrepreneurs in building their dream teams and dream companies. The Envoy Group celebrates its 20th year in business in 2024 and Sarah Beth has worked with WBE’s and MBE’s to help leaders facilitate progress and navigate change. Her own experience as a WBE and WOSB (woman-owned small business) has allowed her to launch and sell two additional companies since 2009.
Sarah Beth's multi-million-dollar firm offers four divisions: training and coaching, coalition building, customer engagement strategy, and curriculum design and keynoting. Additionally, she is building initiatives for owners and executives around sustainability, specifically supporting companies in their goals to create and message their unique sustainability strategy in the marketplace and build buy-in with key stakeholders. She founded ‘THE WISE, The Women in Sustainability Experience and IN-CLIMATE, a network of companies in agriculture, food, and energy focused on building a productive, practical dialog around climate.
